Sunhae Sul, Ph.D
Sunhae is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and the director of Social Neuroscience Lab at Pusan National University. She graduated from Seoul National University with a M.A. in biological psychology and a Ph.D. in social psychology in 2010. Upon completing her post-doctoral training in neuroeconomics at the University of Zurich in Switzerland, she worked as a research professor and a post-doctoral researcher at Korea University and at Dartmouth College.
Sunhae’s research centers around psychological and neural mechanisms underlying social decision making and moral judgment and the effect of prosocial (and anti-social) behaviors on well-being at both individual and societal levels. She is also interested in individual differences and cultural influences.

Minhee graduated from Korea University with a MS in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience. She is interested in neurocomputational basis of prosocial behavior, social interaction and value based decision making.
Seungmin graduated from Pusan National University with a BA in Psychology. She studies moral judgment and ingroup-favoritism and is interested in neuroimaging.
Woojin majored in economics and minored in psychology at the University of North Texas. He is interested in minority and social hierarchy. His long term research goal is to clearly distinguish power and status in the organizational contexts and figure out what current society prioritize of these two.
Jun Ho graduated from Pusan National University with a BA in psychology. He loves music and has been played drums in a band called Haebang Dokebi (해방도깨비) for four years. His interest includes neuroscientific research on social prejudice, social ideology, and group membership.
Sunghyun graduated from Pusan National University with a BA in psychology. He is interested in social decision making and figuring out how people can live their lives by sharing resources each other. Also, He is contemplating about the ultimate goal of the neuroscience.
Hyoju double majored in sociology and psychology at Gyeongsang National University. She loves watching movies and leaving journey for thinking out of box! She is interested in why our behavior is closely connecting with social situation (prejudice, social cognition, social influence etc.) through neuroscientific research.
Mijin is an undergraduate student of psychology at Pusan National University. She is interested in social decision making, social cognition, and neuroscientific researsh on social situation. She loves singing and traveling.
