Won-Gyo receives the Sejong Science Fellowship (NRF-Korea)
Won-Gyo Shin (a post-doctoral researcher in our lab) has been selected to receive the 'Sejong Science Fellowship’ by National Research Foundation of Korea.
The Sejong Science Fellowship is a highly competitive program that supports rising researchers to achieve growth and stability in their careers.
She has also been selected to receive ‘2021 Post-Doc. Development Fellowship' of Pusan National University.
Congratulations!!! We look forward to Won-Gyo's great research :)

Our lab member, Junho Bang was selected 'PNU미래인재양성사업' by PNU-RENovation.
'PNU미래인재양성사업' is a project that supports the research of graduate students at Pusan National University, and Junho will carry out 'Social Neuroscience Research on Human Cooperation' research through this project.
And, Mijin, Seungmin and Gaeun was selected ‘SAM PNU-Junior(융합연구회지원사업)’ by PNU-RENovation.
‘SAM PNU-Junior’ is a project that supports the research society activities of undergraduate and graduate students in SAM field at Pusan National University.
congratulation! We hope that they continue great research through this project!
Graduation (Master’s): Woojin, Junho, Sunghyun

Woojin, Junho and Sunghyun have graduated and received a Master of Arts from the department of psychology, Pusan National University.
In addion, our new member, Mijin, also graduated and received a bachelor of Arts from department of psychology, Pusan National University.
Junho and Mijin will continue to further their learning and pursue their degrees (Junho-Ph.D, Mijin-MA) in our lab.
Woojin is getting ready to study abroad. He decided to pursue his academic career in the field of Organizational Behavior, and has submitted applications and is waiting for the results.
Sunghyun decided to start the next chapter of his life in the working field. More specifically, he is interested in working for cosmetic distribution industry, which has been his personal interests all his life.
We sincerely congratulate them on their graduation and hope everything works out for them! :)

The 2019 fall KSPPA conference (SWU)

PSNL members participated in the 2019 fall conference of Korean Social and Personality Psychological Association.
Junho and Woojin shared their research through an oral presentation .
The conference covered various topics in social psychology.
We were able to learn about ongoing researches conducted by fellow researchers all over the South Korea, Japan, and the world, and have productive discussion with them!

Hello~
This time, we want to share a blissful news from our lab.
Seungmin Lee, the Ph,D candidate in PSNL, got married on Nov. 17th.
Numerous guests, including her family and friends, members of PSNL, and other graduate students came and congratulated her marriage.
Our future cannot always be filled with happiness and joyful things. However, we believe that Seungmin and her husband will rely on each other and live happily after.
We wish this couple and their future the best :)
The 5th Yeongnam Neuro-Cognitive Imaging Workshop (UNIST).

PSNL participated in the 5th Yeongnam Regional Neuro-Cognitive Imaging Workshop at UNIST.
At this workshop, Junho presented his research through a data blitz, as well as poster and received numerous feedbacks.
This workshop is where all neuroscience researchers in Yeongnam region gather and share their research through a presentation and discussion. We hope that such opportunities continue.
The number of neuro-cognitive researchers in Yeongnam regions are progressively incrementing!

The 2019 Korean Psychological Association annual conference (Sejong University)

We participated in 2019 annual conference of Korean Psychological Association.
Like usual, our members participated in the poster presentation.
- Woojin Jung: “What makes minorities to speak out? Differentiating the effects of power and status.”
- Junho Bang: “Social value orientation modulates the effects of pleasure and meaning during charitable donation.”
Professor Sul was very busy in this conference, participating in various symposiums as both a host and a discussant.
The conference included variety of interesting topics, such as gambling, game addiction, and group decision making, etc. Through these presentations, we were able to expand our understanding of novel topics.
We can't wait to see what KPA will show us in 2020, and what we will be presenting there!
